Overall Thoughts:
Very acoustic and vocal feel.. not really a folk sound but very close to it as well as an Island.. element to them
The songs seemed to deal more with life and love .. very melodic and catchy.. as well as some that deal with God and that relationship
Recording Thoughts:
Good recordings.. I liked them.. none sounded bad .. professional
Stand Outs:
"Sunset Cliffs" - loved the melody in this.. just a great song to lose your head in .. certainly a head lifter -- I really like when this transfers from being folksy to more Island style music.. really awesome sounds here .. and well mixed
"Bring Me Back" - The vocals in this are superb! Knowing we need God .. to bring us back where we are happy .. where we are with Him and where we need to be to follow His ways..
"From Sunrise to Sunset" - I really would have thought that this was Shawn McDonald.. great vocals.. great acoustic.. loved the sound .. great song.. great message!!
"Walking on Water" - a bit of rap is in this one.. loved the carefree of this song.. very cool stuff
