11 Songs

Overall Thoughts:

Pretty good street rap type beats.. fairly rough.. and pretty good lyrics (though many of them seemed a bit silly at times.. ).. Christ centered.. some R&B feeling beats too.. Some really 'out of the box' crazy things talked about.. some I really did not get or fully understand the point of.. but I can really see a desire to be like Christ .. to grow in Him and the word.

Recording Thoughts:

Good ... Professional

Stand Outs:

"U Can Feel" - R&B feel.. really great smooth beat.. and the message is great.. know that you are NOT alone!!

"Lottery" - pretty cool concept... the line about the 'other guy' was pretty cool.. and this was just a great message..

"God's Favorite" - wait.. this seems to reek of ego... granted it is stated that all is done for God.. I may not 'get' the statement.. it may be general.. to give any that listen the idea that God sees you as a favorite.. but it seems more like one guy speaking out that they are God's favorite.. which would put them above all else.. and the start when it talked about stacks of money and the crowd.. if there was a transision in the lyrics I must have missed it..

"For The Grown" - by the end of the night.. you would make her your wife.. wait.. wow.. lol .. anyway.. yeah.. totally 'digging' the idea to have a song about love.. "only thing I ask is that you bear my seed" .. wait.. wow.. one moment I want to commend the song on the idea that it seems to be pushing forward the idea to really get to know one another to move into Love and have God first.. but why would you go right to the 'seed' ..

"Dreams" - a slick way to talk about going God's way and not your own.. pretty sweet...
