Flagfall - Basement Demos (Free Music, Review) @flagfall @Noisetrade

  ^^Widget Above^^  Apparently, these guys locked themselves in a room for a few days to crack out these tunes! Really that just interests me more than anything with these guys - I have had a jam session before, for MANY differing things, but never what was produced as clean or 'elegant' as what Flagfall has produced on this album. It may be slight bit gritty - using the word (SHHHH) 'Hell' (in 'Layman's Terms)- but from what I could tell, no one could fault them on anything else.  

I do not really have too many issues with Curse words (besides opening my mouth at the wrong time with them)  and am leaning on a possible belief that them just being words, their power could be killed - if EVERYONE was in on it.

Stand Outs:

'Layman's Terms' - interesting idea about 'moving forward' and having an endless cycle of trash due to the activeness of ineffective activeness. That sentence is confusing...

"Salute" - "Why should I believe what you say, when you can only speculate" an issue that I know that I have dealt with in the past, and even times in the present...

"Give the truth 

live the truth 

talk the truth 

walk the truth 

speak the truth 

seek the truth 

be the truth"

Awesome!

"Analog" - I LOVE what they did with the sound in this. Honestly I cannot really explain what ... I like, but it is .. just so cool!
