When I see the name "Rock For Life" I expect some hard stuff - some Metal, Screamo - and anything of that nature, but that is not what this is.. What it really is .. an organization that is 'rocking' for LIFE .. standing against abortion in support of LIFE until NATURAL DEATH!!

Honestly there is a multitude of genres on this album ... I will break it down the best I can
Rock/Pop :
"Airplane" - I am not exactly what the song is about.. a guy.. a girl.. a plane.. a subway... it has a great and catchy beat - certainly something that will stick in my head
"All About The Love" - this reminds me of Audio Adrenaline - a great message here ... some funny 'talking' to 'singing' moments, very different and memorable
"Whinter" - Interesting concept .. seeing the world in this way may be better for many .. just the attitude change in someone who can truly accept humility is breathtaking.. and truly a miracle!!
"Escape" - Truthfully I listened to this twice and still cannot understand it.. not to be rude.. I wrote something about every other song.. but .. this one is eluding me. It does sound good, I just cannot get the words to enter my head in an understandable way (and .. it is not because it is fast or anything.. not clue)
"Finest Mistake" - very melodic, acoustic -- a really good sound. Vocals remind me or Relient K.. and a few other bands like them. This song is dealing with some hard life issues, very well done and an enjoyable listen!! I am going to be honest and let you know that this song almost brought me to tears.
"Wait Up" - Ok.. we are getting MUCH MUCH harder in the ROCK now!! From what I can tell this is a whimsical look in just 'catching up' or 'moving forward' in life. Very HIGH ENERGY and it ROCKS!!
"Light So Brite" - another softer rock sound - a tiny bit hard ... good sound, not very hard hitting from what I could tell .. just good music
"Run For It" - This really rocks too, loving the guitar solos - awesome!!
"Begin Again" - Knowing God is there and will always be there - an encouragement that NO ONE can take away!!
Hard Rock/Screamo :
"Face of Reality" - you should be able to tell from the category what the song is like. This is usually not one of my favorite genres and all that has to do with is the fact that I cannot understand the words. The same goes for this song.
"Necrotizing" - and the same above for this one. Though the music is pretty awesome in both.. just cannot understand 'the message'
Acoustic/Folk :
"Broken Inside" - From the viewpoint of the unborn child.. ah.. if only they had a voice!! Very straightforward and POWERFUL!!
"O Little One" - A song to the unborn, beautiful ... how we truly should see the life that is there AT conception!!
Reggae:
"Protesters" - I like the message here - to stand up for your faith!! .. it is so soft spoken and the tempo is so .. close to slow that it feels like the song goes on forever.
Rap :
"God Has A Plan" - A Smooth Rap, from the viewpoint of God and dealing with how He just wants to give us love.. How He has something for each of us, if we would just go to Him! 'Dignity and worth arn't in your looks, what your doing. It all comes from me so there's no need to prove it" (POWERFUL!!)
"Torch It" - Motivation for what you do.. what is yours?
