Overall Thoughts:
Kind of an old style type rap album.. standard theme.. the vocals.. rap artists have pretty cool accents that really give the music a bit of styling you may not have quite heard before .. I would call it an 'english' accent, but at first it sounded different.. but I think that, that may be what it is... always catches me off guard and makes me enjoy rap music more...
Recording Thoughts:
oK ... Amateur .. sometimes Semi-Professional
Stand Outs:
"Old Me" - The battle between the old and the new.. probably one of the most difficult things to all Christians.. no matter their walk.. or how far they have walked in following Christ..
"Fleshkiller" - much like the one above.. but I found this one to be more 'down to earth' or.. in other words 'real' .. it may actually be my favorite from the album ..
"Don't Give Up" - the battle of moving forward ..and just stopping.. This one is encouraging.. real life examples.. but we can make it though! Look to Christ!!
