18 Song Mixtape
Overall Thoughts:
Rap.. Christ centered.. there are TONS of tracks.. Biblically strong... Really wanting to push gospel.. There are also some really odd sounding parts (much of the song "Invisible" and "Nothing' for example).. Parts that may have been inyentional.. And I did not like all of the heavy bass beats... A bit too much for me at times
Recording Thoughts:
Pretty Good ... Semi-Professional
Stand Outs:
"Devil In"- really creates the atmosphere rigt for the songs message... Very interesting storytelling music
"Give it away" - encouraging r& b sound... And such an uplifting message... The only thing I did not like was the random horn mixed in (this horn is all throughout the album)
"God in me" - all about the Glory to God... Good message
"Have Faith" - could be very encouraging in a time of darkness.. trusting in God really is hard when we really cannot see the means.. if we could have hindsight foremost.. just "Have Faith" ..
"Shake The Feeling" - really cool Christ message.. I liked the beat.. and really got into the theme of this.. feeling defeat.. but needing.. wanting.. to accept Christ..
