For Fans Of Coldplay, Copeland, Manchester Orchestra, Switchfoot
"Awaken" - In your face .. starts really really quick.. loud and hard.. would certainly awaken me.. lol
"Since The War Began" - a tiny bit softer - melodic and very tonish.. well.. the beat is metronomic (I am sure I just made those up.. but it was my thoughts)
"New Year's Demand" - Feels like some old Petra at the beginning.. the way the vocals are.. and even the lyrics are slightly like that.. very.. 80's ...maybe... The message of this song is very clear.. the one who laid down His life for the sinner.. really cool the way it was done
"Numb" - Fast paced piano.. the beginning almost feels like a silent movie score, it gives you the feeling of drama.. almost thriller which is fitting for the idea of the song.. are you "Numb"? .. keeping all around you hidden.. keeping yourself hidden.. no contact .. nothing can enter.. "Numb" creates inaction, which is really the problem with the world.. inaction...
