"You Make Beautiful Babies"
Oh SNAP!!
All my life as I grew older I felt small and insignificant .. as well I felt ugly and unlikable. The places I did not feel this way : Home, Boy Scouts, and My senior year (because I learned something)
What did I learn.. I was 'the cute guy in the back of the room' .. No .. I will not tell you who told me this, but it changed my perception of who I was to others in school. The good thing is that it did not change my ATTITUDE. I was still firmly into that .. that would not have a chance to break a bit until I had kids.
Something that is really nice to hear about your kids is that they are cute.. or beautiful.. or handsome .. or any other of the positive words for looks, But then.. they are all better when they are accompanied with.. "She/He looks JUST like his/her daddy!"
Guess what just happened there.. yup.. they just said I was cute.. or handsome.. or adorable.. (well maybe not adorable)
Certainly I could not 'make' beautiful babies without my wife, but not just because I do not possess the parts that she does, but because her beauty is certainly within our children as well. I will be honest.. the Jordan genes seem to be extremely dominant, but I can see the Williams in my kids.. and it is beautiful, handsome, cute, and adorable as well!
