Overall Thoughts:
Acoustic .. Alternative .. Hard Rock .. worship (kind of) .. I found the music to be very deliberate.. the music itself told the story as much as the vocals did .. Very cool.. much like ambient full music .. with vocal lyrics that are deep and wanting of God .. wanting of Christ.. of Salvation and showing the awesomeness of God through music

Stand Outs:
"The Center" - slow and methodical start.. moving into the driving 'hunger' for Christ.. and the desire to have Him at "The Center" of everything. It is one thing to believe in Christ.. it is entirely another to give Him control of your life.. your everything! I certainly like the entire feel of the song.. the building passion as it goes from start to finish.. The electric solo moment near the end is totally awesome!!
"The Ocean In Between" - great musical backing.. the story was practically told with the music alone.. yet.. for me.. I NEED the words to really grasp it.. and the message is clear in this.. such passion for better understanding and closeness of God..
"The Embrace" - Holding onto our problems and issues from before Salvation.. if we instead embrace Christ.. all those really do fade away.. "In the moment of holding what I know, I turn to you... my true hope... renewed" .. what we 'know' .. holds us back sometimes.. we need renewal.. new understanding.. to be able to move forward again.. hmm. reminds me of Captain America in this post I wrote... "Resolution" - Even though each one really tells the same story.. (in a way) they are so well crafted and coming from different 'angles' each one.. is awesome! This is kind of a deep title for this song.. mainly the message is about the Grace of God being enough for 'me' or .. 'us' .. but Resolution .. hmm.. to me is the resolving of our sin issue.. in that the cross.. it is the Resolution for us.. His grace in that act.. is enough!
"Vergangenheitsbewaltigung" .. I have .. no idea.. I was worried that this would be in a different language as I saw the title.. but fear not.. it is in english .. "Reconcile my future from its past" .. dwelling on our past can really defeat our future.. but understanding God.. getting to know Him, more and more.. can encourage the courage and strength needed to take the next step! "or maybe your using this to bring me closer to your truth" .. ha! true!
