16 Songs

Overall Thoughts:

I really enjoyed this artist's voice. A deep baritone that really brings out the best in the instruments he's singing with. The instrumentality of this album is quite refreshing. It has tracks that range from light and funny to serious and heartfelt. The transitions from each are well placed if you listen from beginning to end.

Recording Thoughts:

Good ... Professional

Stand Outs:

“Broken Hallelujah” is a great story of how someone came to know God.

“Falling”  I really enjoyed the guitar in this song as well as the chorus.

“Muddy Mississippi” is a light and playful song. I particularly enjoyed this one.

“You Must See Angels” is a very heartfelt song. Seems to be about a father's love for a sick child.

“Jimmy Elliot” is a perfect transition from the sad tone of “You Must See Angels”

“Oxymoron” is a humorous track that adds a lot of flavor to the album.

“Least Favorite Color” is a slightly funny slow paced song. It shares a great message.

“Welcome to Your Life” is a very colorful song instrumentally speaking.

“4 Little Giants” a song of love and hope for his children.

“Take Me Away” is such a beautiful song all around. You can really feel his love for God.
