Overall Thoughts:
At times a surreal feel to rap.. well lifting of Christ in life.. giving thanks to His sacrifice and ability to change and make us better!
Recording Thoughts:
Good ... Semi-Professional
Stand Outs:
"Facetime" - I distinctly rememeber saying something about the 'Me Monster' Before.. this is either a track (Brian Regan) used a few times by rap artists.. or I have reviewed this song before.. hmmm
"Static" - I found these lyrics to be pretty sweet.. wow
"Beyond Illusions" - I almost did not get this due to this sampling.. but after listening.. this is the actual song that got me to download this.. this is pretty well mixed.. sounding very sweet!
"Struggles" - A very heavy message in this.. one that just has truth.. and hurt.. and what can truly happen..with that great Hope and majesty of Christ at the end.. but hard to listen to a bunch.. over and over..
"Ready For War" - A kind of video game feel in the back track music.. and then injected with so much lyrics and vocals... I did like this one.. one of my favorites on the album
"Video Game Freestyle" - very cool.. one of my favs on the album
"As Long As You Love Me" - very good beat.. really catchy.. very pop .... even have a dub step feel to it
