I was given this single by the artist for the purpose of reviewing it. The opinons here are my own. -dErK
Overall Thoughts:
(Rating Scale 1 to 5 - 1 being least - 5 being greatest)
"Flesh" 4 - Very biblical lyrics.. pulling from classic stories.. as well.. there are slightly modern references (Such as Hannibal)...Around 2:30 I really liked the vocals.. very clear and crisp.. the Message here being (if you cannot figure it out from the title) is to 'Kill The Flesh' ... A battle that we seem to never be able to shake.. so any song that takes and encourages others through it.. is good in my book!
The syle is a good.. rough street rap.. I found it to fit with this theme well.. and brought a life to the message.. pretty standard all around, but very well made.
