Overall Thoughts:
All songs seem to have worship themes.. some with choir backing.. pretty BIG in sound.. others a rock sound (old in styling) .. Contemporary..and all have great messages that lift Christ and uplift.
Recording Thoughts:
Mixture of Good .. and Oks.. Some close to Professional .. but as well.. some close to Amateur
Stand Outs:
"Call On Your Name" - Clay Crosse - country .. blues type beat.. also very 'churchy' Great vocals...and really looking to Christ for all things.. great message/theme..
"World Taken Care Of" - Matt Hybarger w/ David & The Giants - bit of a rock and roll sound... but again the focus is on Christ.. "Keep looking above... Hes got the whole World Taken Care Of" .. pretty cool beat.. very easy to get into.. and the electric solo is pretty 'rad' .. I mean that .. but don't know why I put in in quotes.. maybe because it is an old term..
"Eyes On You" - Michael O'Brien - maybe my favorite.. very professional sound.. awesome sound.. and totally encouraging message.. The beat is just so cool.. "When everything starts slipping away.. I'm Keeping my feet on the rock, my heart on the tune" .. Totally awesome!
"When You Come To The Cross" - Matt Hybarger - Great uplifting message.. more of a Contemporary Christian in genre.. pretty standard type lyrics..
