Overall Thoughts:
Acoustic ... very much like Shawn McDonald.. there are some pretty impressive moments.. and just all around a great acoustic album.. with much the same feel throughout .. and the message is of Christ and the need for our trust to be in Him.. in the Divine instead of Man.
Recording Thoughts:
Good ... Professional
Stand Outs:
"Suburban Lie" - some sweet beats and calming strumming.. very soft and sombre vocals
"Where Were You" - interesting shaky vocals.. it seems like it would sound bad.. but this sounds pretty good.. pretty passionate in a way.. trust who you are into the Savior and no other as all others will destroy
"Through The Garden" - my favorite acoustic playing.. as well.. the message in this is such a painting of truth.. of darkness in life... and the hope that is Jesus.. The Light that takes away sin and darkness within us! Beautiful (This has the shaky vocals as well)
