Debbie Forrest - The Train Song (Free Music, Review) @dforrest @noisetrade #country #folk

^^Widget Above^^

For Fans Of Ashley Cleveland, Emmylou Harris, Serena Ryder, Melissa Etheridge, Joss Stone

I would say that the songs seem to have more of a Country sound then a Folk feel

There is a certain country twang in Debbie's voice that really brings out the country elements

Stand Outs:

"Born Bad" - "You were never meant to be this way, I was never meant to be this way" such an awesome look on the human condition - understanding of both the fact that we are 'born bad' , but also that we were not meant to be that way... and I love that live "heaven is waiting for you, to turn into something new"

"Come To The Water" - definitely more country sounding than the rest. Very cool sounding - a lot is going on musically in this song!

"Zion" - I immediately felt the 'feel' of Southern Gospel at the start of this song - very 'churchy', if there had been a choir in the background - it would have fit perfectly!

"I Arise" - Probably the most clearly 'christian' Really cool, very real about the way to have a good 'life attitude' no matter what happens - knowing Christ is with you.. at all angles - has always been encouraging enough for me!
