For Fans of : OneRepublic, Owl City, Anthem Lights, Brandon Heath
It says for fans of Owl City and I know that Owl City sounds like "An Epic, No Less" .. one of my favorites.. and guess what.. he is a tiny tiny tiny bit close to sounding like them.. He has some country elements.. sounding almost like Caleb and Sol .. or ever Rascal Flatts.. being all that .. He sounds GREAT
It goes without saying, but I will 'say' it anyway.. I am adding this to my favorites soon!!
Great recordings - Great vocals - instruments that just draw the ear to it!! again .. Great!!
"All I Wanna Know" - Awesome song!! It is interesting how our focus as Christians can have so much bearing on how much we actually focus on Christ... oh wait.. never mind ... that makes perfect sense!
"It's You" - Much like the first, but much like the 12 step programs.. we can go through denial... so accept that God is the one that we can always run to.. and stop running away from Him!!
"Love Is Taking Over" - this is probably the closest that I think he sounded like "An Epic, No Less" and therefore Owl City.. I love the concept of the song - when you release yourself to God - you really are free and then .. much to my amazement.. God takes over.. your worries can fade and "love is taking over" .. when you REALLY have love for those around you.. taking over the world becomes a whole new and WONDERFUL thing!!
"Let It Go" - And again.. much like the theme of the others - "Let It Go" .. problems are problems, but in the best case we can give those to God.. work through them with love.. and push through
