I am a bit confused about the name of the artist of this album..
Overall Thoughts:
Rap.. The beat and music for the background are pretty different.. much more of a rock feel.. than a normal rap feel.. Lifting Christ.. the Song is called "King" and it is totally about the fact that Christ is King.. but how in life we need to begin to really see that .. "Holding onto Christ, He's the only way to go"
Recording Thoughts:

Youtube Video Thoughts:
I was contacted by the artist and asked to check out these Youtube videos on his channel as well (well.. the songs more than the videos.. they seem to be picture slideshows anyway)
Very surreal beginning .. much more like a worship type song with an R&B feel.. The mixture of the rap is good.. I liked it.. true and honest lyrics pointing to Christ - soft feel.. not rough and rugged..
Starts right out with scripture.. already a good thing.. though.. this is actually quite rough (recording wise) compared to the others I have listened to .. The message is actually pretty awesome.. Breaking free of the hurts, habits, and hangups of life.. cool stuff!
If the recording on this one was better.. this would totally rock!! Very uplifting and encouraging!
Same song title... totally different recording issues.. while the one before this one was too soft and low.. this one was a bit loud and had 'sharp sounds'.. but again.. besides the recording issues.. the message is awesome!! (the video on this one was the best one yet.. really went with the music.. of course.. also helped to be able to read the lyrics as well.)
