I left a note to myself when I first listened to this album that the immediate thought of genre was 'hymny worship' and I pretty much feel the same way.. this must be what the first few worship songs after singing hymns was like.. these are good, though they may seem a bit dated in genre feel.
The recordings are good and clear - semi professional
Each song has a holy feel to it, which is likely due to the somberness of them ..
Stand Outs:
"Mary, called Magdalene" - The return of Christ ... spoken word.. this was pretty cool... and different.. and then flows into music with some interesting lyrics and message
